For your consideration is an absolutely amazing Hugo Boss suit worn by Jeremy as Dean in "Serendipty." The fine wool suit has a beautifully tailored 3-button jacket and flat-front trousers. It was worn in several scenes including one where he dives in the grass and another in which he is dragged around. In reality, this suit wasn't dragged through anything. To simulate soil, the wardrobe department brushed on some fake dirt. The wardrobe department probably couldn't bring itself to actually harm this charcoal Hugo Boss suit. As it is, it would make an incredible display piece, but it is possible that it could be laundered for wear. We tested a small spot where the fake dirt was brushed on and wiped it with a damp cloth and the staining material came off on the damp cloth. Naturally, we can not guarantee any cleaning or tailoring you might try, but we can say that it looks possible.
