This underwear was removed from Jake's trailer in Calgary during the filming of Brokeback Mountain. It was part of Gyllenhaal's personal wardrobe. During the filming of Brokeback, Heath Ledger began spending most of his time with Michelle WiIliams, leaving Jake on his own for several weeks. A young woman–listed in the film's off-screen credits and requiring complete anonymity–spent a lot of time with Gyllenhaal in the trailer and ultimately "borrowed" two souvenirs, including this undergarment.
