Patrick Dempsey  has been teasing audiences with his charms for years, but he really seems to have found an ideal vehicle for his talent–and sex appeal–as Derrick or Dr. McDreamy on "Grey's Anatomy". Patrick/Derrick wore this handsome tan oxford-style shirt early in the series throughout one of the most defining episodes. In the opening scene, we see Derrick waking up and getting dressed in Grey's bedroom, putting on this shirt. He then wears this shirt in the following scene where he boldly and uncomfortably makes his presence known to Grey's roommate friends while having breakfast. He also wears this shirt in the most important scene at the end of the episode when he finally introduces Grey to his trailer in the woods. It is in excellent screenworn condition and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.
