J. Larose  is a powerful Native American actor who is clearly one of Hollywood's rising stars. His remarkable portrayal of Troy, the "chain man" in Saw 3 has garnered critical acclaim and earned him a starring role opposite Ryan Kwanten in the up-coming film "Dead Silence."

For your consideration are a pair of Troy's boxershorts from the production of Saw 3. Troy is stripped to his underwear and chains are bolted through him at his hands, back and jaw in a grade-school classroom. In a gripping scene Larose is vulnerable and tortured, delivering a powerful performance. In total, there were 4 pairs of identical boxerbriefs acquired by wardrobe for use in the film. Only one pair was used in the actual scenes on screen and they were progressively covered with production "blood."

The three remaining sets were auctioned off as "clean and unworn," although this is the first set auctioned and it has obvious signs of wear and pilling between the crotch and inner legs. Perhaps this pair was used in rehearsal or footage that was not used. These shorts have been autographed by J. Larose. The signature on the front of the lower leg is bold and vivid, about 6 cm from the pilling on the inside of the leg. J. Larose used a Black Sharpie to sign these shorts so the signature can endure for many years to come.
