This Scottish actor is best known for his starring roles in the HBO series "Rome", the British horror film "Dog Soldiers" and the NBC Sci-Fi series "Journeymen". As journalist, Dan Vasser, McKidd leaps back and forth in time with no control over where he lands, although he learns he arrives in a given time because he is there to help change the course of events for someone in need. The great pity here is that McKidd cannot go back in time and fix the 2008 writers' strike which has caused most networks to cancel programs that did not ever get a chance to catch on, including this well done series. It is now gone in a blue flash, only to be seen in the past. We would also be remiss if we failed to mention that McKidd played gay with his "Rome" costar in the romantic comedy "Bedrooms and Hallways". Not entirely relevant, but we've included a photo below in case you might consider renting it one evening.
